We stayed at the Ophelia's Restaurant and Inn in downtown Independence. Richard Higdon hosted the meeting. Due to the limited number of rooms, some also stayed in the Drury Inn close by. No breakfast was provided, so we walked 2 blocks to Dave's Bakery, Deli and Grill. Where we had nice large tables to sit around and talk about many items. After Breakfast, we would meet up at the days tour location. Great time was had for us to catch up with our cousins.
