In 2018, HFA President Bill Bautz hosted our meeting in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, from Nov 5 thru the 7th, 2018. This had us arriving at the Gettysburg Hotel in downtown Gettysburg, PA on Monday, the 5th. Tuesday, we headed out to the visitor center and museum. Quite a bit to see before we board our bus for a tour of the battlefields. The tour guides are very good and explained much about how the battles progressed through out the engagement. When back to the center, we did view the Cyclorama show.

Wednesday started off with our annual business meeting. We then did a walking tour through out Gettysburg. There is lots to see in town, from small museums to souvenir shops, and the ice cream parlor. Later that evening we enjoyed our banquet. After breakfast we all headed home on Thursday morning.
