Our 1988 meeting was hosted by President Nan Higdon Harrison in Rough River, Kentucky. We stayed at the Rough River State Park Lodge from October 7-9, 1988. Friday morning there was a tour of Grayson County and some Higdon home/farm sites. In the afternoon a seminar, Meet the Author and Storytelling: An Art and a Science. With "Get to know you" in the lodge after dinner. Saturday morning the business meeting. Banquet with square dancing for the evening.
